Frequently Asked Questions 

  • Do you operate the mechanical bull during my event? Yes, a team of two will arrive at least half an hour before your requested start time to set up and operate for the entirety of your event.

  • How many hours can we book for? Minimum of 2 hours must be booked 

  • What locations do you cover? Most of the North Island 

  • How much space is required? We need a flat surface, preferably not on stones. Outside and inside Area size needs to be at least 4x4m and 3m high. 

  • Does the equipment need to be under cover? Yes, if raining we will need to be under cover 

  • What is your cancellation policy? If cancelled within 48 hours of our team arriving to your event then 50% deposit will be non-refundable

  • Do you require power? Yes, we require a strong power connection due to running the blower and mechanical bull off it

  • Do you take photos of my event? Yes, we do our best to get a photo of everyone that hops on buster the bull. You can find these on our social media platforms after the event 

  • How long is my quote valid for? 3 months
